此外，SBF 将正式辞掉了 FTX Group 的CEO一职，该职位会由 Ray & Counsel 法律事务所负责人 John J.Ray Ⅲ 继任，后面一种有着超出 20 年商业服务起诉亲身经历，曾经在有名气的“欣然倒闭要案”中担任相关债务清算企业负责人。结合当前的局势，Ray 表明依据《破产法》第 11 章申请破产保护是制订下一步计划的重要流程，现阶段 Alvarez & Marsal、Sullivan 和 Cromwell 正在为 FTX 破产重组提出建议。
