2019年7月Whitecoin社区经过两次重大会议，正式决定把POS3.0主链升级为基于RPOS的跨链项目，同时将基于POS3.0机制的主链正式更名为XWCC，将基于RPOS的跨链项目正式命名为XWC。
更名时间：2019年11月下旬陆续更名
更名规则：Whitecoin社区与各大交易所沟通，近期各大交易所的交易的基于POS3.0的XWC将更名为XWCC，同时近期即将上线基于RPOS机制的XWC。
关于交易：Whitecoin社区在维护跨链项目的同时也将继续维护基于POS3.0机制的主链；社区也会尽最大努力保证更多的交易所继续支持XWCC的交易，至少保证一家交易所可持续交易老币（XWCC）；同时基于RPOS机制的XWC将于近期上线各大交易所。
Announcement on the Name Alteration of XWC Old Chain at Exchanges
In July 2019, after two critical meetings, WhiteCoin community officially voted to upgrade the POS3.0 main chain to a RPOS based cross chain project, and formally renamed the main chain based on POS3.0 mechanism to XWCC, and the cross chain project based on RPOS to XWC.
Name alteration time: in late November,2019
Renaming rules:WhiteCoin community is actively negotiating with allmajor exchanges. In the near future, XWC based on POS3.0 will be renamed as XWCC, and XWC based on RPOS mechanism will be launched soon.
About trading: while maintaining the cross chain project,WhiteCoin community will also continue to maintain the main chain based onPOS3.0 mechanism; the community will do its best to ensure that more exchanges continue to support trading of XWCC, at the very least, one exchange will continue to trade old currency (XWCC); meanwhile, XWC will go listed in the near future.
