@QwenDing FAILURE_SAFETY Tells me that your node is probably stuck in the old testnet, before the reset. Have you upgraded to v 0.4.3?What version are you on? Try the reset link in the troubleshooting screen.

This week we doubled the amount of working nodes from 2K to 4K. It went well so we plan to increase the size of the TestNet even more in the coming week. Over 4000 nodes are running the consensus container right now.
