MetaMUI is a main net coin jointly developed by SovereignWallet Network, SWN Global, and the University of Southern California.

To publish the meta-tokens on MetaMUI, Central Bank Node should stake about 10 million MetaMUI and guarantee all transaction fees related to token transfers. MetaMUI is becoming very popular as a Central Bank Digital Currency ‘CBDC’ publication platform among many nations in Africa, Europe, and Asia. In this case, the government or national central bank will use the MetaMUI Network to run their CBDC projects, and this will become a project fund and will be reserved in the MetaMUI treasury to control the circulating volumes of MetaMUI.

Can you give our community a brief introduction behind the inspiration to build MetaMUI?

Friedrich Hayek (Austrian-British economist and philosopher) mentioned in his book “denationalization of money” (1976) that sound money should be used by the people based on the market mechanism. There’s one precondition for this dream to come true: It should be easy to publish the money.

My dream is to build a blockchain that can generate the coin without any programming required. Also, the generated coins should be easy to use, fast and secure. MetaMUI is unique, and it is the first platform that represents the 4th generation blockchain. With meta-blockchain capability, meta-coins can be generated without any smart contract programming. In addition to that, MetaMUI is the first blockchain to achieve true decentralization that can process the transaction independently in parallel, achieving more than 1 million transactions per second. It has better performance than most centralized systems such as credit card processing systems. MetaMUI is the only blockchain that is ready to use in the Internet of Things era where millions and billions of transaction performance are required.

In the Crypto industry, what do you think of the current state? What do you think that needs to be improved?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other Blockchain technologies are structurally decentralized but from an operational point of view, it is very centralized. A blockchain system is one single networked system that can process transactions one by one in a serial manner. This means when you are buying a coffee in Hong Kong, someone in Europe has to wait in line to buy a coffee. No one ever solved this critical problem in the history of all cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.

Only our MetaMUI, as a revolutionary blockchain can solve this problem, it is able to operate in both forms, in parallel and independently. Many blockchain companies still confusing about achieving financial inclusion through Internet access. MetaMUI has solved this another critical problem and eliminated internet dependency to get financial services (We are capable to deliver offline payments without the constant need for the internet).

One most exciting thing about MetaMUI’s meta-blockchain capability and the possibility of Meta-NFTs is that we can now implement a user-generated NFT marketplace. As everyone knows, Non-Fungible Token (NFT) is a very promising technology but it requires quite complex programming skills to publish NFTs. With MetaMUI, anyone can be able to publish NFTs without any programming. This is a big breakthrough in blockchain technology and it will create the possibility of a YouTube version of NFT malls.

How does the MetaMUI team plan to tackle these issues to reach mass adoption?

I have mentioned that MetaMUI has solved the scalability problem by achieving true decentralization in its operational structure and making offline financial transactions possible.

There’s one more critical issue in the conventional blockchain solutions. Both in cryptocurrency and in blockchain, the ownership of the token is bind to the private key. This causes lots of trouble to many users. Some users have lost their private key and lost all their assets such as millions of dollars worth of Bitcoins. In MetaMUI, the ownership of the token is bind to the identity of the user, so even though the user loses the private key, we can easily replace the private key, and the asset is not lost. although MetaMUI has introduced the identity mechanism, we are using decentralized identity technology called self-Sovereign Identity (SSID). Therefore, the user’s privacy is a lot more secure than other conventional, anonymous blockchain systems. We also protect the confidentiality of every user’s transaction by having zero-knowledge encryption of the data.

What is your timeline, and what can we look forward to from MetaMUI?

In this year, we will launch three versions of the CBDC platform based on MetaMUI. We will release Cross-border CBDC in the first half of this year, Wholesale CBDC in the 3rd quarter, and Retail CBDC in the 4th quarter.

We are in the final rounds of talks with several countries for the implementation of CBDC pilot projects. The peculiar date is because that will be one year anniversary of the main net launch of MetaMUI.
